Does the glove need to be cleaned first?
No. Send it as-is. We clean and condition every glove we buy.
What about gloves with personalization or writing on them?
Writing, embroidery and other personalization do not automatically disqualify a glove, we are more focused on the condition of the glove and if it has more life left in it.
How and when do I get paid?
Once the glove is shipped or dropped off, we'll send payment using one of several commonly used platforms like PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle.
Can I drop off a glove locally?
If you are in the Kansas City area, we can arrange for a local dropoff. We will coordinate the location and timing with you after you accept.
What happens after I submit my glove?
We'll send you to a form to share a few glove details and pics. We evaluate the glove and send you an offer. If you accept, we'll walk you through shipping or dropoff and payment.
